Best news I have read lately as the SEC annouced it will throw CEO's in jail if there are inaccuracies in their financial reporting.

Harvey Pitt, SEC chairman, said the commission was writing to the 1,000 largest US companies by revenue, asking their chief executives and chief financial officers to certify the accuracy of their filed financial statements.
