An interesting article that comes from the new improved American Spectator (a George Gilder Project) and is an interview with Art Laffer. Laffer is best known for the Laffer curve and is also a leading proponent of lower taxes. Someone please listen to this man.
Another must read from T-Mag and my man TC Luoma on baseball players on the Juice...This guy knows what goes on, yet he has some unconventional, as far as the mass media is concerned, info and advice.
Here is a fantastic ab article that will let you "floss"on the beach with your shirt off and beem with pride at the same time (at least I will be).
How to further improve productivity, which continues to improve as unemployment increases! And this article on AT&Tt.
Thankfully the Prez back tracks on the entire global warming issue and the report put out by HIS OFFICE This brings a collective sigh of relief from Conservative and Libertarians alike. After the whole tariff debacle, this would have been a truly nightmarish development. See reason mag and check out some of the back articles on the steel tariffs .

Ok, I got to get some sleep. Up tomorrow at 5ish to hit the gym, do some cardio and some abs (yep what it takes to get ripped abs, unless you are like Z and a genetic freak) plus need to do arms and shoulders tomorrow night. Will have some diet and workout tips in future editions. Hope on for the ride. I'm out.
